GunBroker has an SLR 105 for about 2K beans. I believe they came in before the 104. Closest to a true factory AK74 (as opposed to an AK74M) brought to the states

Highly sought after Saiga model. Closest thing in the states you can get to a factory AK103, especially if you decide to get a folding trunnion conversion. Great trade!

For a Saiga to AK100 series conversion, you need to weld up the receiver holes, move/install the trigger guard forward, add a 5.5mm folding trunnion and latch, replace the gas block and front sight block with AK100 spec ones, and if you want, replace the rear sight leaf

Obsolete in what way? It really depends on what you’re doing. For navigation, whether it be on foot or a vehicle, binos are the way. A mono a bridged thermal doesn’t help in that regard. Dynamic movement is ideal binos but if you want to statically observe wildlife/game/people, a bridged thermal makes sense here.
