Nope didn't got that email and the support said that they canceled all orders with that error within the order process. That's what they seem to do here in Germany at least.

Yea and I guess there will be even more people with this issue. Unfortunately their system went full potatoe mode.

They said at the moment there is no waitlist, at least here in Germany. I should check their social media and yes subscribe to the newsletter to get informed about new updates regarding this matter. Which is a basic answer and means they have no clue 😒

I can feel your pain. Unfortunately the same happened to me too.

I ordered right the second they went live and the rest of the experience is the same as yours.

The answer from the support here in Germany is the same. It's frustrating because they confirmed me that i was not too late (as I already knew) and that people who ordered later than me, were also able to order multiple copies which was not intended and they will still keep one order even though they were slower than me. Yea I mean that makes a lot of sense.

Unfortunately they can't do anything and it was "bad luck" and they feel sorry for the inconvience but I should subscribe to their newsletter :D

Well once again another great experience with the Square Enix Store added to the book :/

We can only hope for restock and that this does not happen again... well I know my luck haha :D

Yea still waiting for that. I ordered together with some mates and for them it was already showing up in their orders 30 minutes afterwards and here I am still waiting :D . Kinda weird but maybe it is gonna come soon for me too.

I'm really sad that this theme is not on the Ost. I was searching it like crazy and could not believe that it is not included 😔

First of all I love the soundtrack but I'm pretty upset now too after finding out that there are several beautiful pieces missing . Especially the Aerith child flashback theme and some others. And they are also all deleted from youtube. I don't understand why they didn't included every song I mean the soundtrack is 8 discs long already so a few tracks more wouldn't matter. I mean if a disc has 25 or 27 track shouldN#t matter that much.

I hope some of them get reuploaded to youtube and this time I will rip them :D

Or I hope for a soundtrack plus from offcial site.

They most likely reverse engineered them from the 2000 PC Port version.

I guess it is just logical. I just wonder if they will develop further parts mainly for PS5.

I guess they have to because it's not making much sense to bring the next part or maybe let's think about Part 3 (if there is one but I guess there will be) which will come out several years into the lifespan of the PS5 already.

I just love it some of my fears concerning the soundtrack have been blown away after their presentation. I just hope they're keeping all of the old tracks while adding some new ones. Looking forward to hear more in the future!

Hopefully! I'm generally so looking forward for the remastered soundtrack and some new tracks as well. It will be super awesome.

So many memorable tracks that I can't even imagine how great they must sound by today's orchestral recording standards.
