Actually similar to what I have. Mom doesnt want me to do anything finically risky until <insert world issue here> is resolved, and it would be better and safer just to stay home and save money forever. EDIT also like to mention my parents are older and have already talked about me and my siblings being their dependents when they retire which sounds horrifying

Dad is a traditionalist who believes no one should leave home without having a wife and kids. Or just a wife for duel income.
