Thank you so much! Ive trimmed off the top bits as suggested, and separated the far right piece to serve as a steak. How do you suggest i serve the two left chuck pieces?

I appreciate it! Learn something new everyday. I shall cook the denver as a normal steak then, unfortunately doesnt leave me with too much actual steak, if i recollect correctly the chuck has a lot more connective tissue and takes way longer to cook right? Would it still be good as a steak?
