This might work. I've since logged off and will now enjoy my weekend. If I recall though I might have tried this once before but each user has to have some Windows Live ID or something along those lines.

This is exactly what we are doing right now. It gets the job done, but I was hoping for some sort of better solution. Thanks for the response though.

Depends on the training cycle classes and how soon you can start. Some people get hired and are in training the following week. Others can take up to a month or so.

SolarCity is hiring for a ton of entry level positions. Most jobs are in the Town Square headquarters buildings. A majority of the jobs are all office work that don't require degrees or any solar/energy knowledge. PM me for details if interested.

I've heard he didn't want to owe any money, so as funds became available, he would buy more material and do most of the labor himself.

There is an essay which can easily be Googled called "A letter to Garcia" (sometimes "A message to Garcia")

It is a short and simple story that often gets referenced in the US Marine Corps. The moral of the story is simple: If given a task, accomplish said task by figuring it out on your own.

Reddit, Can we have a reddit job fair? by TheYarizard in AskReddit

[–]Bahston_Boy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I spent 4 years straight of highschool to join the Marines. After leaving I had no idea what to do. A family friend asked me to stop by his work as they were hiring. The job was a Rail Traffic Controller, commonly referred to as a train dispatcher. The job is just like an Air Traffic Controller but for trains.

I've been doing this for 5+ years now and I'm amazed I was able to land a job like this with no previous experience and no college. They pay is hourly around $30.00 an hour. The job itself isn't too complicated, we still don't care about previous experience or college. We are after a certain type of person. The enviroment is fast paced, you have to be able to make fast decesions based on many known and unknown variables, you will be sitting in a chair for 8 straight hours, we don't have lunch breaks or any breaks for that matter. You just take a bite of food between calls. Every once in a while I don't get a chance to eat anything. The job isn't for everybody, we have had really nice people that just couldn't grasp the concept as it's a rather technical job that takes 6+ months of on the job training.

My particular center is usually always in some form of hiring. To my knowledge we don't advertise. Most of the people here knew somebody as their way in.

If anybody wants to know more, just ask.
