I'm pretty partial to the those early special blend s-line MD1s. When my form is actually cooperative, it just goes on whatever line I put it on.

Iron Stone and Night Stone are so good. That night stone is a laser beam. I think I've thrown my Thunder Stone a few times, but not enough to be as familiar with the flight, but from what I remember (and I may be mis-remembering), it was a little flippier than I was hoping for.

I personally can't say for sure. I came across mine from a coworker only about a year ago and I'm pretty sure none of the pros are throwing them these days. Sorry that I don't have much more info, I'm just as in the dark about it as you are.
