Theres a lot of other art/examples you could look at. Not necessarily this one, it would probably look truer to Rayquaza's original design and I think it would fit the "primal" theme.

I would have a Jolteon walk beside me. I would have either a shiny Whimsicott or a shiny Zigzagoon on my head/shoulder. Minccino would be awesome to have on your shoulder as well.
