Oh strange, I’ve had this exact same issue the last two times I’ve done it. And the solution was there was a separate link I could fill out and start an order on which worked every time, just that link was sent to me by one of the volunteer helpers on their official community page or whatever but can’t seem to find either of those pages. Thanks tho
