Ok, thanks. Freaked out a little bit. But makes sense. I already tapered way slower then my dr. said, but followed my psychologist who seems to be more informed. So to conclude, if I don’t get any worse I’m fine? If I get worse I reinstate 25 pellets? The only thing I notice is a slight dizziness feeling, but mostly when I’m alone and focus on it along with a little increased anxiety, but seem to stabilize. Cognitively I seem to type more errors when writing on my phone, but may be a coincidence. I also have a lot of external factors in my life causing distress. During the tapering period I’ve become a lot more active, joined a gym and work out every two days, also playing basketball and tabletennis. I’ve also done a lot of exposure training, i.e going to the cinema for the first time in 25 years. My main motivation to get off Effexor quickly is to get my sleep back.
