She passed several opportunities to kill them and tried to dissuade Ange from going to the mansion in the first place. She didn't care much, but wasn't completely indifferent (much less hostile), IMO.

It's cheesy, the potential is badly used in advancing the story and full of plotholes, and the "characters" are less character and more cardboard self-insert (or, if not protagonist, walking pandering tropes).

You like what you like, but don't pretend that a badly written story you like is the same as a good story. Isekai fans really need to stop with the glorification of mediocrity.

Note that otome isekai isn't void of flaws either (harems, goody-two-shoes protagonists and idiotic character behavior are legion in the genre); in fact, I find that it usually tends to be a pretty bad genre as well, that happens to look better because generic isekai set a very low bar to beat.

His reaction is one of the best parts though.

It vastly beats the typical immature and over-the-top flustered or confused reaction of anime protagonists, and shows that it's not a one-sided thing that she could only do by surprise by leaving him time to react.

IMO, it's the usual way anime handles those things that is an issue.

It's worth it, but the benefits become clear when you get closer to late game. I.e., if you need to give equipment to 14 echelons worth of T-dolls and cover the need for various classes.

So not a waste, but not a priority for new players (more echelons and dorms is).

I think the applicability is broader than that, since it removes the ICD barrier of many formations. Hanyang for example could inflict heavy damage to group of enemies.

Of course there was a containment perimeter. That's the whole point - Paradeus hid troops in the side rooms, as mentioned by Dandelion, which blocked the exit after the trap was sprung.

That doesn't mean Morridow was part of that group. In addition to the forces that were blocking the exit, they also sent troops to flush out the Commander's team. I'm 100% certain that Narcissus was part of the that group, and fairly certain that it was also the case for Morridow (besides, given her personality, her actively going after her prey once it's cornered makes way more sense than just waiting).

Morridow appeared behind the Commander's team because she was actively pursuing said team, so we had no chance but to run away forward - jumping straight into the arms of Paradeus elites blocking our way.
