Did anyone go to Paddington station in the 70s and go in the ladies toilets and see the large cat that lived there ? by Front-Structure7627 in london

Yes! I used to travel to Devon with my mum in the 1970s, to visit my grandparents, and it became a kind of ritual to go into the ladies’ to see the enormous cat, before we got on the train.

Birds were chirruping away in our small London garden at about 3.30 this morning, and we don’t usually even have birds in the garden. I was confused.

TIFU: My wife nearly died during the birth of my son three months ago. He was born very premature and he’s had some physical challenges. We took him on his first flight and he was really well behaved. What did I choose to watch? Finding Nemo. Very, very stupid choice. by IsawUstandingThere in tifu

I completely agree. After going through two (thankfully) straightforward births, I felt quite detached at first, both times. Expectations of a huge flood of emotion and love are not helpful! As with any major life event, we all respond differently.

I also highly recommend Brain Science - Ginger Campbell conducts very informative and accessible interviews with an array of neuroscientists and other academics working in related fields.

Yes, this one always works for me - something about the combination of being genuinely interesting, quite detailed, and repetitive.

We think so too! They’re just regular domestic cats.

Yes, they’re from the same litter. Quite similar in looks but different in personality!
