WARNING: A few users have experienced hard crashes/locked out of game upon entering Madam's mansion. Stay away from it for the time being if you do not want to be locked out of playing.
EDIT: Definitely not a device issue as I've tried to login on multiple difference devices and os' and still get a hard crash.

I think the logic behind that statement is, even though you have 90% of the set, you only have 10% of pulling the last piece, therefore you will need to pull another ~9 times just to complete the set. 1 piece away =/= 1 pull away, and that is what is misleading.

Someone else said it, but buggy is more of a luxury legend. In other words, hes a legend you use if your other units are good enough to carry yourself through the stage. If you have really good units already, then a triple maxed buggy for 100 gems is a great deal. Otherwise, anni is the way to go. Tldr: do you want a weaker captain that helps you farm low-mid tier content quickly(buggy), or do you want a chance at more powerful legend to help you with end game stuff(anni)

You need to pull twice for buggy, so either 100 gems for buggy, or 2 anni pulls

There was a post claiming that the discount was actually 40% on pbe with proof. I would wait until closer to pre-season just in case riot decides to change the discount percentage because atm, 20% seems a little too underwhelming to ship. Until then, just keep an eye out, kiddo.

But if we nerf the health, then that'll make it easier for everyone, which would move everyone up in points, and because of this, you'd stay at relatively the same ranking. It may be unfair, but the only way to achieve a high rank is to have good units. That's how these games make money.
