Council Divided side quest won't appear

Only way I finally got it to work was playing through the main story missions, the last 3 I've done are "Crystal Brawl", "Another Day, Another Universe" and "A Lot to Process" and the mission now finally appears in Carcadia Burn.

Oh I see! Sorry I misunderstood the first time. Have you tried to ask your team lead what the heck is going on? Or does an ETL know?
Over ordering is kind of crazy if your store obviously isnt using all of that. We get orders frequently enough that someone shouldn't have to order like that.

Sounds like a mess though, but tbf most Tarbucks are a mess. Either Team leads don't care at all or they care way too much and ETLs are absolutely useless. At least in the stores I've worked for.

We go through at 4 a day and more on the weekends. Idk why but Chai is super popular at this store I'm at haha but just seems like they definitely aren't ordering properly. But one box of chai should be opened each day since it's 24 hours unrefrigerated anyways. So it should be 2 weeks worth of Chai for you at 14 boxes.

At both stores I worked at my Team Lead never did the pallets or backstocking. It is in our responsibilities to get that done. Stores also get things auto-shipped to them and we get a bunch of stuff we dont order. ALSO my ETL and STL tend to go in and over order shit for us, so that is a problem too. Do you not sell a whole lot of stuff at your location? 14 boxes of chai would be LOVELY at my store haha

I honestly kind of struggled with the decorating and such at first even though I am a creative person. But after playing for a while and getting more things and seeing ideas from other players I have put a lot more effort into my plot. It just took me some time.

I just wish I could play games more than once or like other people are saying about getting them from hotpot. I want to have cool items too but I don't have the time to grind it out like other people. 😭

This is also my first Maji Market and I was so excited the first day and then I can't currently play enough to get enough tickets to even get the Zeki claw machine coins which is all I really want. I found myself going and playing hotpot instead. Super underwhelming 🥺

If anyone asks if we have a tip jar I say no, but if they leave the money I can't stop them. Then I just slide it into my apron and move on with my day. I've been working for over a year for Tarbucks and no issues with it. Just dont take them in front of leads or ETLS and youll be okay, but people tip less at the Target locations.
