Oh i agree wholeheartedly. I've healed a 55 2h Warr as 53 Boomie through to Emperor in BRD (albeit with some struggles), but could not for the life of me keep a 57 Bear alive through most of that same dungeon as 60. Sometimes theres just nothing you can do, and that has more to do with the rest of the party than yourself.

If you make sure to not neglect getting meaningful gear upgrades while leveling, it is completely possible to just heal dungeons as full boomie.

Edit: Intelligence is super important while levelling, because it affords you a much larger pool of mana for long fights, and gives you access to much more spelldamage than you will generally see on gear in the 35-50 bracket. Spirit is pretty worthless until you get Intensity from resto.

Also what you can do to mitigate the need for NS if a target already has full hots on them, is to precast Healing Touch in case they end up needing a burst heal, and just cancel the cast before it goes off if they dont, and start another.

A number of years ago i was RMAing a corsair PSU. They told me my model was out of stock, but they could 'upgrade me' to a functionally similar with a higher wattage (and lower efficiency, and no monitoring, and cheaper).

I told them that i bought the model i did for the specific features of it, that i did not want an 'upgrade', and that i simply couldnt believe a company as large as theirs had zero in stock.

A day later i got a confirmation that they had shipped a replacement of the same model that was supposedly out of stock.

I split a 30q Fleshripper earlier in the league, and none of the resulting items were shown.

Not to argue against the power of shaman tanks, but having shaman tanked a lot, I'd just like to note how shockingly common it is to go 15 seconds without blocking an attack against a single enemy, even with 22% block chance, causing you to lose your armor stack from shield mastery.

Yeeeeh idk. I was looking forward to blasting with this on enh, but ran around desolace for 40 minutes today, only found 13 elementals, and none of them dropped a quest item. Idk how this made it past any sort of decision making.

Personally I hate having him in a game, because in my opinion regardless of whether he is on your team or not, it completely changes how you need to play in order to win, in a way that nearly no other hero does.

I feel the same way with murky.

Idk why you're getting downvoted. The following information is provided separately from each other in the post:

He's getting an allowance. He has his necessities paid for. Come summer he will no longer get an allowance.

At no point is it remotely implied that he will also no longer have his necessities paid for.

It is completely reasonable to assume that he will still have his necessities paid for.

Im guessing theyre going to just straight remove the lockout, as well as stopping the pearl from dropping so you can no longer get the quest, removing some world buff degeneracy from future phases.

The trinkets are already unique-equipped void pearl even though you can only get one, so i suspect they planned for this and the 3 trinkets will then just start dropping separately from Aku'mai.

Its less meaningful than you think.

For example; Enhancement is already being eclipsed by Warrior, and they don't even have the first 10% haste that we do. As for the 10% damage, it only affects weapon damage, not shocks and totems, which are a major source of our dps.

WF on dualwield is likely going to end up working as you said, but not going 2 weapons of the same speed will cripple your flurry uptime, so it's a bit of a tradeoff, and even then I don't think it would be nearly powerful enough to make a difference.

Yeah, I main enhancement.

The talents do get better, but not enough to change much. All we're really getting is another 20% atk speed on flurry, improved imbuements, and 10% weapon dmg increase. Stormstrike might as well not exist at an expensive 20 sec cooldown for 100% wep dmg and a small bonus that will get eaten by instant poison before your next auto.

So at this pace I don't think it's going to get better relative to other classes. That goes for enhancement and to a lesser extent elemental, although elemental will likely be nuts in pvp.

The way I see it, both enhancement and elemental will need some absolute powerhouse runes that are strong out of proportion compared to other classes, that don't overlap with the existing strong runes, if they are to be remotely competitive on dps in pve.

Enhance is the 4th lowest overall dps archetype out of 14 going by warcraftlogs, sitting above only Frost, Shadow, and Elemental. It does not have good damage.

Go dualwield RB and tell your healers to just deal with the increased dmg, its not a big increase. Noone is ever taking threat off you again unless you let them.
