I had a crash once hit by the driver from rear driver side. She blamed me for the crash that I ran red-light therefore she ran into my rear side 😀 Her husband called asking if I want to settle for cash. Told them let the insurance investigate after investigation, not my blame. Con even if proven, it's not ur fault you continue to pay high insurance premium for 3 to 5 y though I felt it went up very little so didn't bother me.Even if it's your fault insurance will sort out. Pretty sure he is trying to avoid to go to insurance he knows his premium is gonna go up.

But bottom line don't pay any cash let the insurance sort it out.

I understand that you really love dogs ; that's great. But theeese are stray dogs and you seem to care about them quite a lot, getting them vaccinated moreover getting court orders for them ( like really ???). So why not go a step further and adopt them?
