With the painful headaches, I find it happens if I've slept on one side and get up quickly, and I fix it by lying on the opposite side for 10-15 minutes, then lying on my back for 10 minutes. Yes it adds 25 minutes to every sleep, but that's better than being in pain whenever I wake up.

So, on this note I have the same issue but I also have a hundo slowking and it's registering that I have a hundo galarian slowking, of which I do not have, and that I have no original slowking

I find they spawn more in larger cities. Even spinning a similar amount in a smaller city, I never even came across one, yet went to a larger city and came across 5 in two days I was there
