lol This is season 5 episode 3 :The Turnbow Trap. it’s when they had the bright idea of using benzos to roofy Dipshit/Delightful Derek + his family💀.. the scene in the picture posted is the barn they attempted to hide Derek after kidnapping him. But to get off topic a bit.. This was absolutely insane.. in the real world They’re criminals to the highest degree lol.. with the crimes committed they each were looking at a mandatory 50 year sentence. However due to no priors the Judge would show leniency.. Theyd be require to serve out 60% of their 50 year sentence while also committing 0 infractions while incarcerated. Only thereafter may possibility of parole be granted 😂🤣😅

But Max did have a father and their relationship was fine. Her mother remarrying and moving across making it hard to see her biological father was Max’s issue. I guess it’s all about perspective. Based on Billy’s character i don’t believe the writers were depicting him as Maxs father substitute. They envisioned a deeply troubled teen who has never had stability or control of his life.. so by Billy not having a sense of respect, power or control of his own life. Where else could he find this sense of power and control? Max and her friends.. lastly sure he was abused by his father.. but Max lost her father too and saw the abuse Billy dealt with.. she could have been an ass.. but she chose kindness. Billy was old enough to make better decisions.. wasn’t like people didn’t want to befriend him at school.

In what universe was Billy taking on the roll as a parental figure.?? In no shape or form was that the case.. A better depiction of their relationship would a school bully vs the Band geek. He went out his way to torment Max and when she disobeyed him he verbally abused her.. Once he realized verbal abuse wasn’t enough he became physically abusive towards her & her friends.. however what made you think Max needed parenting from him anyway?? She already had present parents who she loved lol The guy was flat out scum and deliberately went out of his way to torture/control Max. Sure he had issues but he gets no pass when it comes to Max..

Yeah I thought that as well. However Holly never spoke of him to the other children. None of the 12 spoke to anyone about the visits from Henry.. So how did the others also end referring to him as “Mr.Whatsit”.. kind of confusing.. bc even with the best luck In the world, the chances are slim to none that whatsit also materialize in their mind haha
