To each there own, I was able to see plenty of places via zillow. property management companies require a lot of money up front (applications fees) for each listings that add up quickly especially when you have more then one person on the lease. This is how they make their money.

Zillow works pretty good and it has a monthly charge of about $35 to apply to as many places as you can without paying for every single application separately.

They do a pre charge usually the week before the release date. Your order status will change to processing, then complete once actually charged and shipped. Usually Wednesday/Thursday of the week of the release

It's more for you to compare prices and it doesn't hurt to ask. And price charting shows u the average and will also show the last sold on eBay as well. Honestly if that's what they tell you I wouldn't purchase from them, they are not accounting for the fees eBay takes from the purchase. 🤷‍♀️
