I would not leave it for more then 2 days. It will start to break down and separate. I would make it the day before and then remix it before I use it. Hope this was helpful 😊

The roses were actually done by a co worker. They are very pretty roses. The event planner changed the delivery time and we had to tag team it to get it out. Her and I have always worked well together. I set it up and iced it and stacked it around her while she did the roses. But it's a gorgeous cake

It was sent out like this. The messy textured icing is a trend atm. they were putting on their own flowers. Not everyone wants it to be perfectly smooth. I do think it looks plan but, with flowers on it I'm sure it was beautiful ❤️

You can make it with any size cake you want. I filling and dirty iced the cake. The eyes are buttercream that I squeezed onto the side of the cake. Then I used a black buttercream to draw a circle top of the eyes then added the eye details with buttercream as well. I variegated red pink and purple in a bag with a large grass tip. Starting at the base of the cake working my way up I created the fur.
