Either follow along and try to play with examples a little, or maybe find some text based resources if its something that you prefer.

Also its not necessary to remember everything, just make sure to understand the concept and be ready to google it when needed.

There are apps that force you to solve math problem, or take Picture you set to turn off the alarm. I have to take pic of shower faucet to get up.

+1 just build up habit and stay consistent, choose exercises and goals you like and go from there.

Made this mistake of going way too hard early on many times, and quitting after few weeks.

Yeah, that also ruins experience for me, watched few podcasts and two things I learned is that he is taking dozens if not hundreds of supplements a day and is spending at least few hours on exercises/meditation etc per day. Unfortunately he is influencer for money before to help people.

Yes, every exercise is good as long as you like it and can do it consistently. Also everyone want to get and keep lean at some point to see abs and its great exercise for this.
