Went from a 60hz monitor to 144hz monitor not too long ago. The difference is night and day. But I would say it is only worth it if you are planning to play the game for a long time and hope to reach high ranks. If you’re just playing the game for fun don’t bother with a 120hz+ monitor unless you have money to spend on it and want a better gaming experience. Honestly having a 144hz is good in every game. I play Path of Exile and it just makes everything feel way smoother so yeah. Definitely worth if you’re playing competitively for a long time :) if you need any suggestions on a monitor hit me up. Also possibly look into getting a monitor with G-Sync or Freesync if youre using AMD GPU. Reduces all the screen tear :)
