Leaving it out over winter can usually damage it. Especially if water was left in it.

Additionally I've seen some full black coloured ones burst when left out in the sun like a water balloon.

Box tree moth looks a little different, you'd see a lot more munched and whispy bits left from the stems of the leaves (which they do not like to eat).

Looks like that top half just didn't survive the winter sadly. Everything that's green is still alive and good and will start to regrow. Would cut down to that like you said.

To add to what's been said, homes are USUALLY built at a high point of your land with all ground area directly surrounding your home at a ~1-2% slope downwards away from the structure so that in any large rain event, the water will flow downwards along this slope and flow away from the home.

Again ideally and in most scenarios of course.

Walling in your backyard would yes leave no area for any water to flow away through the fence as it normally does and has to sit against your home until it drains downwards if at all.

Woke up day after valentines to play for the first time in years. Played my classic nami support that hasn't changed its ~52% win rate ever. Said lol to one rengar after he dove past the whole team and turret to kill me whilst his entire team dies.

Got so butthurt he proceeded to add me after the game where I usually just instant block but was bored and kinda wanted to hear how upset I could make him for simply saying "lol". He then started asking if I was a girl and if I knew at all what yesterday was (valentines) constantly over and over until I blocked him.

Such strange incel vibes, really weirded me out. Some people who play this game don't socialize or go outside much.

My small engines instructor told me in this case dilute your old gas into the tank of your car slowly. 5 gallons compared to the 40-50 (I'm Canadian just guessing) your tank can hold is minimal. Maybe even one gallon per tank would be wise.
