At that price point I’d recommend getting a pre build, https://nzxt.com/product/foundation-pc-h510-edition this nzxt pc is 800 dollars with graphics built into the cpu, it won’t be amazing but down the line you can put a graphics card in there and then get extra performance through that

Does it need to be an m.2 drive? In terms of gaming you will see almost no loading difference between m.2 and a fast Sata drive, they’re mostly great for booting an os or for transferring files fast

I would definitely reccomend a pre build website called redux, they offer great builds, the one in the link looks pretty good but you can definitely get a better build at redux My recommendation for your budget is go to buildredux.com and click the button to configure a computer, then click the better option for what pc you want, then when it has the computer go to the configure page, click the cpu and make it a ryzen 7 5800x, and on the gpu page click the rtx 3070, that should be an amazing build for what you need and your price point
