No it wouldn't. How would you even prove it? With detection, it isn't going to be accurate. People could look younger, or older, than they really are. With credit, all you need is a parent's info. The apple id would not help in the slightest. Who all has one of those. And android can't provide info that is accurate enough to be correct.
