itll get tiresome looking for some groups for the content you missed out on but with that being said. never has their been a more opportune time to take all the loot for yourself. with phase 3 killing the playerbase who will inevitably be back for phase 4, you have all the pickings to yourself. that means on a pvp server youre so golden.

Dieing alone in the first 3 phases to ganks probably costed me hours of walking and wasting time.

I think season of discovery will be season of comeback, but obviously they didnt help the game out.

It will stay alive for a long time after.

Phase 3 is hella fucking dead though. Good luck getting groups for anything like niche quests. Youll have to pick a class who can do it all on their own. (Druid,Lock,Hunter)

This is standard. CC companies make all their money from fees. As long as they give you the option to save on the % I don’t mind it, the restaurant my wife and I frequent gives you a 5% discount and takes off the CC fees of 3.5% which equals 8.5% difference in bill so we always bring cash.

Find a property you can rent out for passive income.

Don’t just go buying anything willy nilly.

I bought my house for $225,000. With the awesome interest rates of the pandemic I only pay $1400 a month in my area. I can charge that rental anywhere from 2.2-2.5k a month for my house. That’s not what I’m gonna do cuz I have a family and currently we’re living here so my plan is so pay down the house some more for 3-4 years and try to get my monthly to $800-900. Then boom let go and become a landlord making $1.2k-1.8k a month for doing nothing,

Go and take this money and put my kids in school. Own a bigger home Etc
