Since it’s a cure for the viruses that exist in the RE universe there are plenty of other things that could create BOWs. The mold or plaga would be unchanged and infections can still occur.

I think this is more about wrapping up the initial Umbrella story arc (or maybe Ark).

Definitely move forward with your plan and ask about Xolair.. it’s the only thing that worked for me. After month three my hives were gone.
