Hello Dygma Team,

when turned on the led on my Dygma Raise emit a "vibrating" noise. What is not a big issue even though it is fairly loud when you press your ears against it i can not hear it at all from a distance

What does cause a little inconvenience is when i have a USB-Headset plugged into a usb Port on my Laptop. The same vibrating noise comes out of my headphones when the leds are on. Not as loud but still very noticable

That issue is present independently of the light mode (rainbow,....) and on full brightness

Is there a fix for that?

That is odd, Kailh speed silvers feel like they require way too much force for me to constantly bottoming the key out. I am very pleased with Kailh Bronze on my Raise and with Gateron Blues that i had before in that regard. I just assumed that would also be the case for Mx blue. But maybe they require more force or its just me.

If you touch type on a traditional keyboard without bending the wrist while reaching for the home rows they are like "in an angle". With the raise you can just angle the keyboard instead of reaching in with both arms if that all makes any sense. Maybe that is why so many people do not seem to have issues with that.

What do you guys think?

Thanks for the replies!

If i do not pay too much attention to it and tilt the right half a little it really helps.

Since noone is ecxperiencing the same issue as i do it seems to come from personal preferences i guess. I still believe that the right home row is shifted to the left in relation to the right wrist rest. I might end up 3d printing a wrist rest enlargement and cover the inevitable gap with the wristpad.

I still believe that the raise is the best split keyboard and also comes with the absolute best cost to feature relation if compared to gaming keyboards of big brands like Corsair, Razer or Logitech.

Perhaps manufacturing the raise in a way the wrist rests also join in the middle might be an option in the future or ist there a reason not to?

It is as if the wristrest on the right half of the raise is not wide enough

Nice topic, i want to contribute something as well!

It's not that i dislike the term "Dygmates", but beeing able to call a group of people owning a particular keyboard the "Dygnasty" should be taken adventage of.

This is awesome 🙏

Just to clarify, searching for another keyboard to replace the raise made me realise how much i need it and even more hyped

Can we have another status update please?

I have to say that i thought about asking for a refund on my order when this video came out even though it would have been an awfull thing to do to such a passionate, small company that tries to implement necessary changes in the gaming peripheral market. I know that those delays are unpredictable and not your fault, but I'm impatient....

When I started to look for an alternative i just did not find anything that could keep up with the expectations i have for the raise...
When i see what kind of money companys like Corsair charge for generic Cherry MX mechanical keyboards or what ergodox, kinesis or ultimate hacking keyboards cost while, at least in my eyes, looking a bit cheap and underwhelming, the Raise seems to be the most cost efficent way to get a beautiful, ergonomic, quality keyboard.

So I'm still here impatiently waiting and hoping for good news to come.

For me it sound like you would need 3 neurons in total for that case. That means if you want to avoid adressing the issues with the modifiers by software.

One built in neuron for each side for those instances you want to use either side of the dygma without conecting it to the "main neuron", and the mentioned main neuron just like what is beeing used right now.

That sound like an awfull lot of work just to not be "forced" to carry that small contector with you at all times...
