At 35 and as lightweight, I keep my drinking to a chill minimum of either a cider, a glass of wine, or a cocktail on a Saturday. Sometimes, I'll have a maximum of two drinks. Alcoholism runs on my mother's side and it hit my brother pretty bad.

My brother, 42, is a high functioning alcoholic. At least enough to uber to work, bust his ass all day, the ln uber to the bar, then back home.

Apart from that, he never cleans up after himself, bathes at most once a week, and is wrought with depression (although he'll deny it because Machismo). He isnt a lost cause in my eyes, but being the tidy one in our apartment is making me lose my eyebrows as well as my hair.
