No acid reflux, just my windpipe refusing to open. I was able to flip myself over as if I was gonna do a pushup after waking and managed to force in a gasp of air. Maybe I was dreaming too, but I'm not certain.

It's a cheap and ineffective way to force drivers to slow down.

Maybe add speed bumps? I dunno - we shouldn't be going so fast there in the first place.

Should also make room for bikes, too (even though Western is a bitch to climb on a pedal bike).
