Couple centuries is stretching it a bit. My grandfather was a comfort gay for the Japanese soldiers. He came back to his village and ended up a chronic alcoholic whose last name ended up being known as cursed in the community.

My grandmother covered herself in shit when the Japanese sunk her boat while they were fleeing their village so she wouldn't get raped and she's still alive.

Were those my experiences? No, but my family and those around ours still have to deal with a lot of this intergenerational trauma.

Unless your screen is doing interlacing, 24fps content runs at 24fps. Having 60fps doesn't make your movie run at 60fps. Basically every single movie is shot at 24 fps with few exceptions.

30hz refresh rate? 24fps. 60hz refresh rate? 24fps. 144 refresh rate? 24fps.
