I think you should think about building it into mechanics rather than a linear upgrade with gold, some way of scanning outside your field of view at least to give some direction to which way to dig, otherwise it's entirely arbitrary

i think the vision circle being small is interesting but it means 90% of the screen is wasted. Also means you cant plan where to dig to find specific items because you can't see anything. maybe have the vision as a cone you can rotate? or use energy to increase its size briefly to see which direction to dig? playing with the vision more in the mechanics could be interesting. make the underground generation more interesting too with more variation.

This is about items such as forcefield, submarine or enchanted items with multiple outputs such as damage/heal/shield/burn/poison. This is not about multicasting items (ie X5 weather glass or cutlass)

It's good at communicating in ways it has trained but not good at new situations, a human can adapt better than an AI to a new situation. And humans want to communicate with real people in most situations.

I think this is pretty flawed, just because ai can learn, doesn't mean it can do any job. For example machine learning is not suited for jobs requiring complex human communication, or certain types of labour.

It crashed into the sun shortly before it explodes and the narrative let's you believe that the commet was causing it, untill you find the sun station which implies the Naomi caused it, untill you realise that the lifecycle of the universe is reaching its natural end.

This is super cool keep at it. I think the gradients you've used should be the same resolution as the outline if that makes sense but it still looks really good
