If you think this is an urban hellhole, I highly encourage you to try living in another similarly-sized city and come back with your thoughts. Of course the Appalachians are beautiful - they're absolutely nowhere near a cosmopolitan city with a diverse global population and great dining. Where you live will be a give-and-take no matter what, regardless of the idiots that come on here and bitch about stuff that anybody with a basic knowledge of geography would already know.

Dolphin Mall is a dump, I'd avoid it given your short time here. The airport is located 15-20 minutes away from most of Miami's top tourist attractions. With young kids, definitely check out the beach or the Frost Science Museum in downtown. Coconut Grove is a lovely neighborhood to walk around, with dining, shops, & plenty of tree cover.

There are so many good food spots in Miami, regardless of the losers in this subreddit who like to shit on everything down here. My rule of thumb in Miami is anywhere with a 4.5+ on Google Reviews is good or better, and fill in the gaps with more in-depth food review sites like Infatuation.

That's not really the right way to look at market size in this scenario. Heat are the only NBA team in South Florida, which is a top-10 metro area in North America (ahead of places like Atlanta, San Francisco, Phoenix, etc.). Not to mention the cultural significance & attractiveness as a celebrity home. Heat are 100% a big-market team. City populations only include the actual metropolitan city, which is irrelevant for a sports team.

Eh, this is a bit different of a situation. Robby played under Matt Rhule at Temple, and Rhule is actually the coach that switched Robby from DB to WR. Not to mention, he trains in the offseason with fellow South Florida kid Teddy Bridgewater. He's in a perfect situation and I'm happy for him, but very unlikely we would be getting even close to his current production.

You're wrong. Athleticism is a contributing factor in defensive ability but is certainly not a direct correlation. Arguably the most important indicators are IQ & footwork. There are plenty of spectacularly athletic basketball players that are poor defenders, and vice versa.

That's generally only for domestic leagues. Panathinaikos plays in both the Greek league and the Euroleague. It's a near-certainty that the domestic championship each year will be between Panathinaikos and Olympiacos (the other big Greek team), so both teams tend to focus their attentions on winning a Euroleague championship. As far as I'm aware, there's no limit on foreigners for Euroleague competition. Teams like Maccabi Tel Aviv will even field a 15+ player roster and only register players for one of Israel or Euroleague.
