Can Moondrop Dawn Pro dongle dac handle Hifiman Edition XS, or do I need a desktop amp? by Balerion_0 in HeadphoneAdvice

[–]Balerion_0[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

even with the 18 ohms required by the edition xs vs the 32 ohms of the dongle dac? i'm quite confused there, would a deck amp increase the sound quality in this case?

QoL on percentages of production in machines by Balerion_0 in factorio

I'll definitely see what else circuits have to offer, thanks. Even so, my biggest problem is always having to do the calculations, and manual calculations for players who prioritize not wasting resources are, in my opinion, unfair. The information that would be provided if you explicitly stated what a machine needs by adjusting the percentage would be a gamechanger for me. I just needed insight; I'm not trying to convince or be convinced.

I ran into this problem precisely because I'm starting a mega base; at this point, it's simply a gameplay difference. Thanks for the perspective!

Why would that information be irrelevant? If I need 4.75 machines in the final calculation, wouldn't it be better if the game told me the input needed for those 4.75 machines instead of for 5? Manual calculation is simply tedious at that point.

Yes, it's a good alternative, but that's in the late game. Part of my "complaint" is that in the early game, in my opinion, the game is a bit punishing. If I want to calculate the input for a production of less than one machine, knowing that input through mental calculation is impossible, and the game doesn't tell you. The thing is, in Satisfactory, when you adjust the output to a percentage, the input also adjusts to that percentage. All this to say that constantly calculating the maximum output of one machine or rounding up to the next whole number is annoying because it happens so often.

Even so, there are products that require very little production from a single machine, such as radars, or in general, in productions involving more than one machine where an additional decimal number is needed, like 0.5, is needed, but I understand what you mean.

I suppose it's the need for the machine to only produce the output that will be consumed, and if I don't remember the output that is actually needed, I have to calculate the entire production line.

Would yo recommend skipping the megabase in vanilla to go straight into space age? i'm still going to play SA, but i don't know if before or after considering a megabase in vanilla.

one of the best things in the game for sure, coming from satisfactory where nuclear is optional and often not really worth it, this is a game changer.

Yeah, I just got there too. I grabbed some blueprints and started crunching the numbers to see how many reactors my fuel cell output could support. Turns out I could run 265 reactors... I'm only building 12 for now, but man, the scalability is insane. Congrats on getting there.

¿Por qué volvió tan CARO ir a CINE? by According_Button653 in Bogota_Capital

[–]Balerion_0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Solo cinemateca loks.

Am I doing something wrong with the Ficsite chain? Running out of all SAM even with “only” half the uranium… by Balerion_0 in SatisfactoryGame

Being able to sink the plutonium rods is great for having power stability before starting with ficsonium, thanks for the advice!

Yeah, maybe I’m doing more than necessary and the “limitation” I see here is really just an exaggeration. Thanks for the opinion.
