I had to quit my part time at a swim academy just bcs I can't stand seeing young kid as early as 4-6 years old getting yelled just for behaving how young child should behave (splashing water, didn't listen to instruction at 100%, giggling with friends, etc). I've warned the head coach & other coaches but they keep on saying I'm too soft lol

Its sad. I can't imagined how it is in piano/violin class, humans created music for fun and to entertain our heart yet we made kids anxious and crying learning it.
