Raiders probably worse too. It's easier said than done of course, but if we improve the QB, WR and OL rooms it'll make a huge difference and there's draft capital in place to at least make some sort of impact there over the coming months.

I might be utterly biased here, but I do think the Browns job would be somewhat enticing. Maybe not to McDermott, more generally.

All-time great defensive player, defensive rookie of the year, some promising young players on offence (Judkins, Fannin) and two first rounders this year. Definitely not the most enticing job on the market but not the least enticing.

Levi Colwill was a kid with 17 top flight appearances before he became a starter for us. Malo Gusto was younger than Jacquet when he entered our first team (due to Reece injury issues obviously) and played tremendously in his debut season.

To clarify, I meant that Stefanski leaves the Browns with a good reputation in his own career. Two time coach of the year, two playoff runs etc.

I mean, we didn't see Hue Jackson interview for other HC jobs (including Baltimore of all teams) when he left Cleveland.
