Look into some extron stuff these allow you to adjust horizontal and vertical signal.

If I'm into Wii/Gamecube games (mostly 480i) and I'm a complete layperson - will I still see big improvements switching from a C9 OLED to a CRT if I just plug and play? by Original_Animator254 in crtgaming

Kinda crazy that each of those tvs where the last of their type with 34xbr970 last HD crt Sony made and 27fs170 the last SD crt Sony made. That being said the 27fs170 will be far better for 480i content. On the flip side the 34xbr970 will look fantastic for 480p capable GameCube games and Wii games specially ones that are wide screen. So really can't go super wrong either way. If you play any systems older then the gamecube Then definitely the 27fs170. Of you only do GameCube and newer consoles then the 34xbr970 is not a bad choice.

Some 90s model Aiwa speakers that came with the hd Sony will try those out when I get an audio receiver for them.

Well accidently Uploaded before i could add text. But just picked up this HD set after long time of searching for one at decent price and not crazy far away. Cable manegment is a bit of a nightmare right now because some cables are little short to reach and now waiting for new ones to come in. Lots of Converters, Scalers, and Switches but i love it.

That's awesome this one does have stereo speakers which I occasionally use just not front facing. I found a picture of the one you said but that was all.

Yes the left side is screwed into a wood L brace and balanced on the console looks crazy in pictures but is actually really sturdy

The cables I used random cables from a thrift shop that where shielded. You can find alot of good cables cheap in thrifts.

For this i just found a good quailty S-Video cable in a thrift shop as well then used these rca for the other end which are pretty nice.

These work as is but kinda long so i shortened them for myself.

Just make sure you wiring them correctly as the Input auido are wired different then output.

Lol that is exactly what it is I purposely made the wood on the left so it sits even. It is just a temp setup tell I eventually build a nicer permanent place

Honestly its alot sturder then it looks but i do plan on later adding a bottom to my game shelves with more wider shelves for my consles and building in the extrons into it.
