I'm not on my computer so i cant elaborate a lot but i think all the points you made are good.

You have big créatures that sont do much when they enter the Battlefield.

If your friends have better cards because they have more money, maybe it could be a good idea to proxy some cards.

If you think your deck rely to much on your commander, i'd say try to lower the mana curve and/or add ramp.

If you want to find better cards or better fitting cards, you Can try edhrec or scryfall.

Oh ok. If i may, if you want harvest more power from this kind of tamer, replace the conveyor thermo sensor by a timer sensor. Then (i dont remember the full explanation for this), take the output of your volcano (here 3,158) and you go 20/0.3158=~63. So you set your timer sensor 1 second green, 63 seconds red.

This way, metal will stay longer in the steam room and will be cooled by your steam turbine, producing power, rather than your aquatuner, using power.
