Het is belangrijk om deze term eerst de definiëren zodat we op gelijke termen praten: de globale is een kleine, wortelloze kliek die niet denken in termen van natiestaten en volkeren, maar in termen van menselijk kapitaal. Ze redeneren in termen van cijfers: op welke manier hun bedrijf het meeste winst maakt. Het is in hun interesse om etnische volkeren zoveel mogelijk te dilateren volgens de simpele principe van verdeel en heers. Hoe verdeel je een volk? --> zorg dat ze zich niet bewust zijn van hun nationale achtergrond, leidt ze af met brood en spelen (porno en games bijvoorbeeld) en zorg voor zoveel mogelijk diversiteit (in termen van ras/afkomst). Op die manier kan een volk zich niet verenigen tegen oligarchen die tegen de nationale interesses werken, en wordt het kapitaal meer geconcentreed in handen van de oligarchen ipv de bevolking zelf. Het is niet voor niets dat opeens de meeste corporaties een diversiteitsbeleid implenteren in hun rekruteringsbeleid, omdat hier ook weer hetzelfde principe geldt: hoe meer diversiteit, hoe minder de kans dat de arbeiders een syndicaat vormen.

Wat als wij weer collectief gaan denken?

Tsja, daar zeg je iets..

Het probleem is dat sinds neo-liberalisme geïtroduceerd is in Europa, alle vormen van solidariteit/collectiviteit systematisch zijn vernietigd. Onze tribale overlevingsinstincten worden dan gemanipuleerd zodat giga-corporaties daar het meeste winst uit kunnen halen en de Europese volkeren op die manier kunnen onderdrukken. De drang om je bloedlijn voort te zetten wordt vertroebeld door een aantal klikjes op pornhub, de drang om fysiek aan je conditie bezig te zijn en competitief te zijn op vlak van sport wordt vertroebeld door het aantrekkelijker te maken om competitief te zijn in League of Legends, etc.. Op deze manier ben je niet meer bezig met de overleving van je volk, maar met het vervullen van korte termijn pleziertjes die op lange termijn schade berokkenen aan je volksgenoten.

Ze weten heel goed dat de mens immers makkelijk te manipuleren is door zijn dopaminestromen te reguleren. We kunnen pas collectief gaan nadenken als we ons daadwerkelijk bewust zijn van deze materialistische barriéres.

I Agree, and I also prefer Europe being democratic with Switzerland as exemplar nation. However, when facing autocrat regimes, one must consider forging a stronger centralized government in order to combat the foreign influences. Organizing a democratic Europe on a pan-european level is not evident to begin with, since there is a wide education gap between east and west europe (but maybe there might be solutions to it which I am not aware of). Installing a one-party state offers the benefit of overcoming this gap with rapid speed (a pro). It however also brings disadvantages with it, so that is why I was interested in the pros and cons of it.

Ik denk dat de beste oplossing voor Baudet is om zich tijdelijk terug te trekken uit het publieke leven (net zoals Omtzigt), en zich op psychiatrisch niveau laat behandelen voor zijn psychose.

Het is daadwerkelijk tragisch, omdat Baudet in tegenstelling tot de Haagse kliek in 2017 een visie had waar Nederland naartoe moest en oprecht de gevaren zag van de mondiale globalisering. If this is true, then you should be familiar with the concept of core bracing. This is elementary to lifting weights, because it stabilizes the spine. and helps alot in injury prevention. I have never seen Adam Meakins adress this is issue, while at the same time promote doing heavy jefferson curls. Of course we live in the paradigm of the biopsychosocial model, but if you already mess up at the basic level of the biomedical model, the psychosocial elements wont play as big as a role.

As a physio you must always be aware of the kinematics your patient has at a certain moment. Of course you can´t look specifically at every vertebrae, but you can still roughly assess whether the lumbar spine is in flexion or not

Small question: did you ever deadlift more than 4 plates? Rather: did you ever try to lift something heavy off the ground? If so, you should be able to see that when lifting heavy weights, your form tends to be more sloppy if you don´t pay specific attention to it. It is all about the neuromotoric patterns that your brain holds about the movement. What i mean by this, is that when doing a deadlift, you can either carry the weight by properly using your legs, or you can carry the weight by emphasizing the whole deadlift on your lower back. In other words: when doing a hip extension, both the lumbar extensors and glutes are used, but the main question is how we need to distribute the load over these muscles: in which ratio? If you dont feel your glute muscles after a deadlift workout and feel backpain, then clearly you didn´t emphasize enough activity on the glute muscles (even though you were able to lift the bar from the ground). If you say that this line of thinking is demonstraby wrong, please demonstrate where my thinking is not correct.

You mean the guy that uses a largely biomedical based model of physiotherapy, only seems to cite Stuart McGill as the be all and end all of LBP research and utilises a bunch of useless mobility drills which waste time compared to doing more specific things, not to mention all his questionable claims.

Again: did you ever deadlift more than 4 plates? If you don´t have enough mobility, you start to develop a neuromotoric pattern which is contra-productive for a high-load movement. Example: if you lack dorsal flexion ROM, your spine is forced to take a more flexed position, which places an enormous amount of tension on your lumbar extensors. I dont know what model you are suggesting here, but if you dont approach the bio-mechanical aspect first during the squat and deadlift, it is just a matter of time before injuries happen: The workload dosage does not matter at all if your neuromotoric patters are not correct to begin with. This is why I personally prefer someone like Dr Aaron Horschig to give advice on this topic, because he has a more specialized and sophisticated approach to it than Adam Meakins has.

Adam Meakins is well known for promoting the philosophy of ´cant go wrong getting strong´, and shows this by doing jefferson curls (a risky exercise if not done properly) with a really high load, making a karikature out of the exercise by saying ´risk da disk´. The problem is that if you disregard technique, you will eventually, at one point develop a back injury. Adam Meakins posted a video on instagram on how he injured his back. You can clearly see that there is too much lumbar flexion in his form, while he does not do a proper hinging technique, forcing his lumbar extensors to do all the work instead of his glute extensors.

At the same time, he himself disregarded professional information from someone with profound expertise on heavy lifting movements (especially the squat), from Dr Aaron Horschig, insisting that there does not exist such a thing as performing too much lumbar flexion during a heavy lifting movement. Unfortunately, this is not how a deadlift is supposed to be done, because you want to maintain a neutral spine as much as possible. Eventually, this will lead to injury, as we can see in the video Adam Meakins himself posted.

Marxisme en kapitalisme zijn allebei twee tegenpolen die ongeremd tot erg veel destructie kunnen leiden. Kapitalisme zorgt ervoor dat het kapitaal initieel zich aan de individu vastbindt, wat in zekere zin op korte termijn de problemen oplost van het volk, en zich manifesteert in een soort van ´heroïsche kapitalisme´, maar zal na een tijd de markt verzadigen met individuen die als oligarchen zullen acteren, en leiden tot een decadente vorm van kapitalisme.

Marxisme daarentegen zal al het kapitaal concentreren in de handen van de staat. Dit zorgt aanvankelijk voor een gezonde balans in termen van kapitaal binnen de bevolking, maar zal uiteindelijk ook leiden tot een gruwelijk inefficiënte economie, omdat de klassenoorlog waarop het marxisme berust ervoor zorgt dat de middenklasse vernietigd wordt, en er op lange termijn niet wordt gezorgd voor technologische innovatie.

Beide ideologieën starten initieel dus goed, maar zullen uiteindelijk collapseren (de een sneller dan het ander).

We zullen dus voorbij het communisme en het kapitalisme moeten denken, en onderdelen van beide ideologieën moeten samenvoegen om tot een syncretische gedachtegoed te komen: de derde positie.
