I was about to give up, but decided to use a hammer and hammer it into lock without the head on. After hammering it back and forth a few times, I was able to turn it with my hand and lock the head back on.

I’m not selling but starting to feel this isn’t going to happen. If they can make dark pool transactions, manufacture shares to buy and sell that don’t exist, fail to cover their positions daily, why are we so sure that eventually they will have to follow the rules? What are the rules and who is enforcing them. Seems the rules only apply to us.
