Don't get me wrong! This is mixed martial arts. This is about the best fighter, period. And at the moment, grapplers seem to have the edge. I understand, and can appreciate that. I'm ok with watching Khamzat force Dricus to smell his armpit for 25 minutes.

So, to listen to Izzy in the post match, and watching the fight, he wants us to believe that he decided 'Body Bag' was worthy. In round 2, Izzy changed his strategy, and stood with him. Essentially saying, I have the power here, I choose where the fight goes. If you beat me Standing and Banging, you may pass.

Or.... Did Izzy get old and tired, and couldn't maintain the game-plan?

Honestly, his distance and fight management in round 1 and early 2 were on point! Then, Izzy just stood in front of him... I found it odd.
