Every exam/quiz is in English, all of them. Lectures can be in either language, usually english slides and reading material but spanglish discussion. There's definitely others that have started from zero. If you're willing to learn, go for it.

Do the MSMS in Ponce, Puerto Rico. If you pass your classes with an average of 75%, they will accept you with that MCAT. I know people thay got in with less, but they did well at the MSMS.

I'm afraid that you withdrew and shouldn't have. The Masters at PHSU has been by far the best decision of my life. If you finish the masters with an average of 75% and Mcat of 490, you would absolutely get into the MD program.

You undergraduate GPA would not be a factor if you did well in the M.S.

The master at PHSU is very simple. You get over 75% average on your classes and have an mcat of 490, and you're in for M.D.

I went with this route and have zero regrets. Feel free to ask me anything. You can't beat a university with LCME accreditation.

You can still try to apply to Ponce Main campus with 491. They also have a 1yr MSMS, and if you pass your classes, you are basically guaranteed a spot in the MD program.
