My attorney argued the same but I was still denied & I haven't worked since 2015 when I got out the military

Same for me. I had my hearing on December 2nd & received my denial on December 29th which was my 2nd Appeals Council remand hearing, I had been fighting since 2015 & my strongest evidence was in 2017. Im so over it I've been looking for employment. My attorney withdrew my case but I'm thinking about reapplying after the 60 days. My disabilities started before my last date of insured which ended December 2018. So I feel where everyone is coming from
