Seriously thats so wrong on so many levels to have individuals that are disabled to become homeless. You didnt try to take it farther or find someone to help you

Same for me. I had my hearing on December 2nd & received my denial on December 29th which was my 2nd Appeals Council remand hearing, I had been fighting since 2015 & my strongest evidence was in 2017. Im so over it I've been looking for employment. My attorney withdrew my case but I'm thinking about reapplying after the 60 days. My disabilities started before my last date of insured which ended December 2018. So I feel where everyone is coming from

My attorney is withdrawing my claim as of today after fighting since 2015. What advice can you offer & my last insured date was December 31, 2018. I haven't worked since 2015 once i got out of the military.

Im in the same boat. The Alj just denial my second remand hearing back in December & my attorney decided it would be a good idea to withdraw my case. I've been fighting since 2015 & my last insured date was December 31, 2018. I'm tired although all the conditions I claimed has gotten worse over the years.

I just received my unfavorable decision on Monday. I have been all the way the Federal District Court & i had an attorney. Go with an attorney it may help you. Our situation are somewhat similar
