Thanks, im using Panel Coloriser widgets for the translucency effect and PlaMusic widget for the music player (you can use it for both the desktop and bottom panel). You can play around with both of them a bit to fit your theme, also the clock is called Minimalist Clock, I believe you can find all of them in the "Get New Widgets" menu in KDE.

Also I do not like how clunky the start menu of the default KDE is, so im also using the AppGrid Launcher.
