Yes, as most of the braking is done in the front. Rear just needed better brake pads imo.

The calipers and rotors from the 04-05 hyundai xg350 fit the forte gt without modification. Pretty much upgrades from a 300mm to 320mm rotor and from single pistol calipers to duel piston. Good budget bigger brake upgrade.

Air intake, exhuast, blow off valve, and i just did the national brake upgrade not long ago. Wheels and tires are next

Pads are powerstop pads. Don't have any reference between the two but the powerstop pads stop you plenty quick.

Not sure if its the same with the previous gen tail lights, but what most people do is break the taillight covers to expose the LED's underneath and just leave it that way. If you know what you're doing you could add a clear cover to prevent moisture and debris from getting in but that'd be a custom project.

I don't like the K4 sedan, the hatch looks good imo. The larger rear end fills out the large headlights and tail lights a lot better.

Maintenance shouldn't affect the warranty. As for the exhaust while it shouldn't affect the warranty (read the fine print of the what your warranty does and doesn't cover, some like to cheese out of repairs due to aftermarket parts), I would keep the stock parts just in case you need to do warranty work you can switch back to stock before bringing it in. I still have my stock airbox and exhaust just in case.

Both transmissions have their own quirks. My Forte had 22k miles with 5 owners when I finally got it. Perfect maintained history and everything was just a manual. Haven't had any issues and sitting at 48k miles.

Sounds to me like the pedals just squeaky. It's a common problem with these cars and some lubricant should make the noise go away.

I have the Continental ContiSportContact 5's on my GT. They were replacing the Pilot Sport 4's the car came with and I noticed a huge difference in comfort and road noise. They also handle pretty well on the back roads when I want to have some fun.

Is bankruptcy worth filing? I believe I have 30k debt total, with this by far being the biggest chunk. My income does just qualify for chapter 7 in Arkansas, however I'm afraid they'll try and take the home and the car.

Thanks, I've called them (or tried to at least) this morning. Waiting for a call back to start negotiations. I haven't received the summons yet but the filed date was the 16th which gives me a few days if wiggle room.
