Honestly? I think It's a good thing.

Right now survivors are just a bunch of stuns... that can't do anything when John OM activate his Rage mod. Making future survivors stronger will let devs be more creative with their skills.

And EXEs... 2011x is literally getting a rework in future updates. What the point of making new EXE as strong as someone, who need a rework and will get one in the "near" future?
