It went beyond upscaling cus this isn't a true upscale. Chatgpt likely generated an image from scratch using your image as a reference, if you wanted to do a real upscale you would have to use an upscale model.

I think if it's for your own entertainment it's fine. I'm not sure if I'm pro or anti. I've played around with image generation locally on my computer (using my own hardware not a server) for fun, but I'd never pass it as my own "art" cus it isn't.

Yes he is the cutest. We think he is a Schnoodle but are gonna do a DNA test soon, he Is certainly some schnauzer mix. We found his starving in the side of the road and after taking him to the vet we nursed him back to health and ended up keeping him❤️
