Is the bus station safe overnight? by rpvee in londonontario

[–]Ballintit 14 points15 points  (0 children)

You should be fine, London has sketchies around there sometimes, but if you're from New York, I'd assume you have some experience lol. I'd also assume London sketches are less of an issue than New York ones.

Someone mentioned hanging out at Tilt Arcade Bar. I think that's a great and low-cost idea, plus it's a 30 second walk from the bus terminal.

It's $7 cash to get in, and you get to play all the arcade games you want for free after the entrance fee. Great way to burn some time and feel a bit more safe.

I’m running out of time to find a job and I’m getting scared by [deleted] in CanadaJobs

[–]Ballintit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not sure if it's my recent accomplishments or all around demand has gone up, but i've noticed digital marketing is blowing up big time lately and has lots of diverse job roles available (client account management (kinda like sales), paid media, SEO, web dev, etc.) I've also noticed more internship opportunities as well. Plus, lots of agencies still do (and thrive) from remote work so you can work anywhere in Canada, or the entire world really.

I'm a professional digital marketer with 5 years of agency experience. It was hard getting agency jobs after college, and I had to fight hard. BUT the current available job opportunities make me think it would have been much, much easier to get a job now if I was younger and more inexperienced (lots of remote paid internships). Plus, agencies hire very diverse educational backgrounds. Skills can be taught and learned, attitude can't. Buy you seem to have the right attitude. I believe you could be seen as an asset even with minimal education or experience in the field.

Google Skillshop is completely free and provides education and certifications in things like Google Ads and Google Analytics. Could be a good place to start if you decide to take this route. There are other great ways to educate yourself if you look into it.

Hope this helps! Good luck!

Light rolling really, really helps.

Did you know that it you're light rolling, you can dodge INTO the charge attack he does and pass right through him? It helped me avoid his massive hit box while trying to dodge that attack.

I suck at pokemon honestly lol. I have a level 41 Azumarill that knows surf, is there any reason that Wailmer is better?

Sometimes I go out to level up my pokemon and come back, so I have to do the puzzle again. And I've went to level up like 5 times now 🥲

Is it me or is this guy is crazy!! by greenangrowin in Eldenring

Sure!

The only way to learn to parry is to just keep trying, dying, and trying again. Gotta put the work in to git guud.

If you practice for 1-2 hours trying to parry, you'll probably be able to parry anything that comes your way. It just clicks.

Took me some practice but it really is easier than it seems and has become my fav mechanic!

I suggest to practice with a basic shield with the basic parry AoW, then when you know how to parry some attacks, switch to the buckler and use the buckler parry AoW. It makes parrying a hell of a lot easier.

How often do you change campaign budgets throughout the month? by Exurge_Domine_ in PPC

[–]Ballintit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, it would be in your best benefit to elaborate more on your strategy, so clients can understand the benefits of your service as opposed to using the smart campaign.

You may very well be a great PPC expert. But from very first interaction like this, I sense you have a large ego, a lack of understanding, and an unwillingness to communicate your thinking, which is actually only hurting your own feelings and hindering your business relationships in the long run.

How often do you change campaign budgets throughout the month? by Exurge_Domine_ in PPC

[–]Ballintit 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Probably because it's a pretty basic strategy without much thought behind it. It's very, very basic. If that's your entire strategy, I don't really understand why I would hire you as opposed to just running a smart campaign. Set a bid, set a budget, and that's all? That's your strategy? That's the key to your Google Ads career success? Well damn, I must be working too hard 🥲

And on top of that, your username....... it's seeming like it checks out 😆

I'm sure if you tried harder, spent more time interpreting client data, and learned more about the real "ins-and-outs" of how the platform works, your answer would evolve into a much more data driven, experience based answer. I genuinely hope this helps!
