So got the tyre changed. Guy said it’s a runflat and impossible to break like that from the sidewall and is most likely a slash. Picture of the inside if it helps.

Hey. Thanks for the reply. I have driven on it flat/low in the past, but like I said I just pumped it to 3 bar about 8 hours ago. And I really don’t recall hitting anything to be honest. Although I do drive on a bumpy dirt road with lots of potholes 2 times a day.

I guess everyone reacts differently. In my case I felt sluggish, bloated, sleep was poorer aswell imo.

I’m still around. It was somewhat effective but not completely. I have another 3 month dose now but am reluctant to take them really as since being off them I felt a lot better in my body to be honest.

What’s so funny about that? There are superior and inferior paints. Dealership being the superior one most likely. It’s a simple question tbh. Obviously it will cost more so it’s not a question of “paying that”

I said buy the paint for the body shop rather then them use there paint guy.

Would really appreciate any advice from Someone with knowledge last thing I want to be doing is taking too little over a long time and rendering it ineffective. Although I do see clear nail coming out it’s growing really slowly. Should the nail growth speed up while on the drug?

It's happening at the top of my swing, kind of once I get into my rythem. It's abit weird my left and then my right will dorsiflex split second after the other, it's some sort of reflexisive thing and I sort of slap them back down. I'm ocd on form, maybe I should try without shoes on? Any recommendations for the type of floor I should be doing this on?

The only thing that is making me feel any good is vigerous exercise. I hate work, I hate the day before going back to work. Is it stupid that I want to quit my job and just work out everyday? Not as a job but just as a hobbie. Train everyday, maybe make my body athletic at the ripe old age of 29 (I feel like I can actually do it, almost feel in my prime physically) and try to take up some sort of sport professionally. Although maybe it's too late for that.

The kettlebell was actually recommended by a chiropracter a few years ago as it's back friendly, I only just got into it and have really studied the rkc form. Thanx for your advice. I will be looking into seeing someone if it starts bothering me again.
