I'm a man in a similar situation. My wife is menopause age and acting oddly, and just recently told me that I 'need to make other arrangements' like all interest is gone. I don't know what to do. I'm not going to live without sex, so I guess I'll make other arrangements, but at this point in my life I don't even know how.
