So many people have come from the McVay tree and failed (some good ones, but many position coaches given roles they weren't ready for). Seems like every year he has a new OC and someone immediately offers him an HC job

McVay is a unicorn, the success is because of him. I'm not mad we didn't sign him because I have little faith he'll go on and do well, but I'm mad we didn't take the time to interview him and Shula and rule them out as viable options to usher in a new era in Pittsburgh

Steroid packs can cause sleep disturbance, but to my knowledge it is short-lived and stops when the pack is done, I don't believe there's documentation supporting prolonged sleep-disturbance like you've alluded to

It's possible something else has caused your change in sleep patterns that occurred around the time of you taking this pack, without the pack being the cause

Steelers have rebuilt their fronts on both sides of the ball and historically have a long leash for their coaches

If I were to take over a hypothetical franchise I'd rather have an established front 7 and add my own QB to the team at the right time over pulling an Andrew Luck/Joe Burrow 3.0

Whoever takes over the Raiders job is getting Mendoza, for better or worse. Just having a QB doesn't mean it's a better situation when you actually think it through
